Pre-Order Policy

At Unforgettable Fittings, many of our signature and limited-edition pieces are released as pre-orders. This allows our loyal customers to secure exclusive drops before they officially release. When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that’s currently in production and will ship as soon as it’s completed.🕒

 Processing & Production Time:
Please allow 8–10 weeks for production and fulfillment of pre-order items.

📦 Shipping:
Once your pre-order is finished, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with your tracking number. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything may ship together once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise specified.

⚠️ Delays & Updates:
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, unexpected delays may occur due to supplier or manufacturing issues. We’ll always notify you if production takes longer than expected. Your patience supports handcrafted fashion made with precision and care. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to these terms and understand that production + shipping can take up to 8–10 weeks depending on the item.
